Established in 1925 in the Lambrusco region's core, Cantine Lombardini remains in Novellara's historic centre. Originally founded by Angelo Lombardini, the family's entrepreneurial endeavours eventually grew to include winemaking, along with a whole host of other business pursuits. The wine cellar weathered wars and successive generations, serving as a tangible testament to the family's enduring history. Their legacy continues to thrive today, under the direction of current proprietor Marco Lombardini, spreading Lambrusco's fame nationally and internationally.

This wine presents delicate notes of wild strawberries intertwined with a refreshing tang of pink grapefruit, lending vibrant citrus zest to the nose. Subtle undertones of violet add an aromatic floral component, enhancing the complexity. On the palate, it delivers pronounced freshness accompanied by bright red berry fruit flavours. Its elegance shines with every sip offering a harmonious balance of flavours and pleasantly refined character.

Serve dry Lambrusco like this with lightly sautéed seafood dishes, such as shrimp scampi or grilled calamari. This will also be great alongside your favourite appetizers.
